In 2023, Lendlease celebrated its 50th anniversary in Singapore with a milestone gala dinner at Conrad Centennial. The event welcomed over 200 distinguished guests, including Minister for National Development Desmond Lee and the Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, Allaster Cox.
Mongoose was appointed to deliver the full end-to-end experience—from invitation and guest management to venue styling, technical production, and entertainment. The evening opened with an immersive video-mapped performance that showcased Lendlease’s legacy and its vision for the future, setting the tone for a sophisticated and memorable celebration.
A live jazz band accompanied dinner service, and a specially crafted token of appreciation was presented to the Minister on stage. With a carefully choreographed program and meticulous attention to detail, the gala delivered a standout experience for government, corporate, and industry leaders.
My role covered pitching and event conceptualization, leading the creative development of the video-mapping opening sequence, and liaising closely with vendors throughout pre-production. I also managed venue coordination with the hotel, including site recces, floorplan planning, and ensuring all operational requirements aligned with the event’s design and flow. Although I handed over the project before completion due to maternity leave, I played a key role in shaping its initial creative and operational foundations.
