Lendlease engaged us to elevate their Asia Employee Updates, an annual regional address held simultaneously across multiple markets. With COVID conditions just beginning to improve, the 2025 edition was delivered as a virtual Zoom Webinar broadcast live from a green-screen studio in Kuala Lumpur. The objective was to create a digital experience that felt fresh, engaging, and people-centric, while remaining easily accessible to employees across Asia. To enhance inclusivity, the livestream also featured simultaneous interpretation in Chinese and Japanese, allowing participants to tune in in their preferred language.
 

Hosted and produced by our in-house video team, the virtual event successfully reached over 700 attendees, delivering a smooth and high-quality regional broadcast.
 

My scope for this project included designing and preparing all visual content—from customised presentation decks to video assets—crafting teleprompter scripts for speakers, managing speaker preparation and flow onsite, and showcalling to ensure a seamless, professional livestream from start to finish.
