Red Hat was gearing up for a big moment — the grand opening of their brand-new office at CapitaSpring — and I had the exciting opportunity to lead the entire event experience. From conceptualising the launch theme to producing the marketing video for employees, sending out invitations, managing suppliers, and overseeing the full budget, I handled the project from start to finish.

As Instagram Reels and TikTok were just taking off at the time, we jumped on the trend and created a fun “This or That” style video showcasing the perks of the new office. See video below:

Not only that, because the event needed to accommodate more than 300 staff — both local and overseas — we set up a full livestream of the programme, broadcasted across multiple meeting rooms throughout the office. The celebration was also packed with fun activities and games, and wrapped up with a sumptuous buffet catering for everyone to enjoy.

To top it all off, we added an eye-catching hologram opening gimmick, delivering a memorable and futuristic touch to the entire event.
