CAG TRINITY FORUM GALA DINNER

Hosted at Jewel Changi Airport, the Trinity Forum Gala Dinner brought together 175 top airport and travel retail leaders for an immersive evening themed “Signature of Singapore.” Set against the backdrop of the world’s largest indoor waterfall, the event celebrated Singapore’s culture, flavours, and iconic architecture.

I led the full end-to-end planning and production, coordinating four agencies across three countries to transform a complex airport environment into a five-star dining experience. This included venue theming, stage design, entertainment curation, guest flow planning, and overall event logistics. Working closely with CAG and global sponsors, we crafted every detail to deliver a sophisticated and seamless experience.

Guests enjoyed live cultural performances, personalised hospitality, and a locally inspired five-course menu designed to showcase Singapore’s culinary identity.

In addition to creative and production oversight, I also managed a 30-person event crew responsible for shuttle bus operations from the conference venue, wayfinding throughout Jewel, and guest registration—ensuring smooth movement and exceptional service from start to finish.
