CAG ONE CHANGI CELEBRATION

To celebrate collaboration among 23 key airport partners, Changi Airport Group hosted the One Changi Celebration on 6 February 2025—the first external event held at the newly renovated Changi aXis. Serving also as this year’s Lunar New Year celebration, the event brought together over 200 frontline staff and partners to honour their shared commitment to service excellence and to set the stage for the upcoming 10th anniversary of the One Changi initiative.

As the appointed event partner, Mongoose managed the full end-to-end experience, covering concept development, experience design, guest journey mapping, registration and guest management, manpower coordination, production and printing, as well as all audio, visual, and lighting requirements. We also curated festive touchpoints that blended tradition with innovation—including a custom digital “Snakes and Ladders” game designed for the Year of the Snake, a reimagined wishing tree, a fortune mascot, a lion dance, and a celebratory snake-themed lou hei.

From orchestrating immersive moments to ensuring seamless on-ground operations and technical execution, every detail was intentionally crafted to foster unity, appreciation, and pride—creating a celebration that was not only memorable, but truly meaningful for all who attended.
